Finalise an application with your Mortgage Broker

Review and sign and application, then your Broker will submit it
We will take you through the entire application

Pre-approval of your loan [if required]

You then have 3 months (+ up to 3 months more) to find a suitable property
Time to consider properties, assess valuations and negotiate price & terms

Finding a property, negotiate price & terms

Your broker will arrange a property valuation if required.
Your broker will advise if additional documentation is required.

Unconditional Approval of your loan

We will contact you and your conveyancer as soon as the notification is received.
You are now able to exchange contracts.

Loan documents arrive from lender

Return your signed loan documents (with insurance details where applicable).
We will be in touch is anything else need to be amended or completed.

Return your loan documents

Confirmation that Settlement can be booked

The lender will notify us and your conveyancer/solicitor.
Opportunity to arrange insurances, book removalists.

Loan is settled

The property is yours and you have a new loan.

After Settlement

We will stay in touch with you to check everything is running smoothly.
We can assist with any changes that you need to make, or direct you for best answer.
